Why Folc?
That big “L” in our logo is the journalist’s shorthand for “people”—we know it’s cheesy, but that sums up what we do.
Our boutique agency was founded by former Press Association (PA) editor Edd Dracott, who led the UK’s national news agency in online newsgathering, verification and sourcing human interest features.
Edd and Folc’s brilliant freelance journalists are specialists in open-source intelligence (OSINT) and their work has been published in every major UK outlet—from the BBC to the Daily Telegraph—and internationally via the New York Times and CNN.
